Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the Supply Chain department and how to collaborate with other functions/departments.
  • Engage in cooperation and correspondence with stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill procurement needs.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing occasions that uphold strategic goals and endeavors aimed at cost reduction.
  • Assist in the functioning of procurement activities by evaluating requisitions and executing purchase orders for diverse commodities, aligning with the company's across-the-board operational necessities.
  • Support Supply Chain Management 3P (Processes, Policies and Procedures) initiatives.
  • Supply chain analysis in support of, forecasting, performance measurement, and order management.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Business Development & Operations to ensure the procurement of high-quality and competitive parts or services.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Operations or Supply Chain Management required.
  • Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a paid internship opportunity, offering exposure to a variety of areas and professional development within Supply Chain.
