Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the Supply Chain department and how to collaborate with other functions/departments.
- Engage in cooperation and correspondence with stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill procurement needs.
- Oversee strategic sourcing occasions that uphold strategic goals and endeavors aimed at cost reduction.
- Assist in the functioning of procurement activities by evaluating requisitions and executing purchase orders for diverse commodities, aligning with the company's across-the-board operational necessities.
- Support Supply Chain Management 3P (Processes, Policies and Procedures) initiatives.
- Supply chain analysis in support of, forecasting, performance measurement, and order management.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Business Development & Operations to ensure the procurement of high-quality and competitive parts or services.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Operations or Supply Chain Management required.
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
