Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in initiatives to enhance processes.
- Participate in the development of sales forecasts and the analysis of budget variances.
- Compile and evaluate data and reports featuring key metrics.
- Assist with the creation of weekly or monthly financial reports.
- Make spreadsheets and manage specific data and reports related to billing and project tracking.
- Collect and analyze information to reconcile financial inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work with a team.
- Demonstrated responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Methodical and efficient work approach.
- Enrolled college student, preferably in the fields of Accounting or Finance.
