The Project Manager is responsible for leading the efforts to plan, budget, and execute on projects that they are responsible for. The oversight provided by the Project Manager includes safety, quality, cost, engineering, schedule, contract & change administration, documentation and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
• Lead the project team to deliver a project safely and with the utmost quality, on time and under budget.
• Ensure that project teams are equipped with the information required to execute exceptionally.
• Ensure that project teams are executing based on the e3 model and that there are processes and procedures in place to govern the project.
• Manage complex projects to ensure timelines are met and that our products and services are delivered in a flawless and cost-effective manner.
• Accurately report to the organization project status and costs in support of our fiduciary responsibilities.
• Manage relationship between Enerfab and customer’s project management to ensure that there is an open line of communication and issues are resolved at the lowest level.
• Report back to the organization any project-based data and lessons learned that may be useful for future success.
• Become involved in large capital project estimates / proposals to ensure that current feedback can be incorporated into the opportunity.
• Provide a learning atmosphere between myself and all project team members so that appropriate guidance and mentoring can be achieved with them.
