We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Metal Tradesman/General Laborer to support shop fabrication and assembly of metal products. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and offload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pick up and deliver parts locally as needed
  • Receive, inspect, and check in materials, parts, and components
  • Move and stage materials/parts/components throughout the shop floor
  • Cut, bevel, and prep pipe, plate, and steel for fabrication
  • Assist with bolt-up and assembly of pipe spools and miscellaneous components for pressure testing and final assembly of modules
  • Prepare shipments, including packaging delicate items and loose components
  • Maintain shop organization, including housekeeping and proper tool storage
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures in every task
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in a shop, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not always required)
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
