The Procore Implementation Specialist / Document Control Manager will be responsible for Procore implementation and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support project teams and ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Management:
    • Implement Procore as the site document control system to organize and manage project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project-related documents.
  2. Version Control:
    • Manage document version control to ensure that all team members have access to the latest revisions of documents.
    • Implement standardized naming conventions and document numbering systems.
  3. Document Retrieval:
    • Facilitate the quick and accurate retrieval of documents as needed by project teams and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain an organized and easily accessible document repository.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of project documents to verify compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
    • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues.
  1. Collaboration and Training:
    • Collaborate with project teams to provide document control support and Procore training to team members.
    • Promote best practices in document management and control.
  2. Document Distribution:
    • Manage the distribution of documents to appropriate parties, both internally and externally, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
    • Track and record document distribution.
  3. Archiving and Retention:
    • Establish document retention policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.
    • Safely archive project documents upon project completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • SME in Procore with 3+ years’ experience in document control management within Procore (relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of document control best practices, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide training to project teams.
